except for Delaware, which has used a flat style plate for
almost 50 years.
About half of these plates are
from the 1960's to 1980's and half are
more recent but old-style embossed license plates, with raised numbers & letters.

Most plates are in average used condition. These
plates have CHARACTER, which may includes a few dents
and scrapes. No road-kill plates, but these
plates will show evidence of their authenticity, heritage
and age.
